Small gourmet box with soup and liverwurst

This gourmet box is the perfect way to discover elseLiebe. It's a small box containing a [SUP'PE] and two types of [SAUCE]. First, there's our homemade liverwurst (180g), traditionally made without nitrite curing salt and with a slightly coarser texture. Then there's our chive liverwurst (170g), finely minced, refined with chives, and classically seasoned. The meat comes from our colorful Bentheim pigs, which are free-range on our farm. The [SUP'PE] offers a choice of: Potato & Cress (500g): Slightly spicy, with cress from Bielefeld, grown by nula farms using vertical farming methods. Regional and sustainable. Kohlrabi & Coconut (500g): Locally grown kohlrabi adds a touch of the exotic, making it especially enjoyable. The soups allow us to utilize even the bones of the Bunte Bentheimer rabbits. First, we make a classic stock from them, which is then used in our soups. Following the "nose-to-tail" approach, we are always on the lookout for great ideas for the less popular parts of the animals.
